The Ultimate Goal has a variety of great fitness classes, led by a host of knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors! Whether you are looking to come in for a great class on your own time, or you are here for games or a youth program, our fitness classes are spread out throughout the week and are a great workout. TRX Suspension Training
Instructor: Roxanne Wightman
Mondays and Thursday's ~ 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Session II: February 20th - March 8th (6 class session)
Session III: March 19th - April 26th (12 class session)
TRX Suspension training is a unique kind of workout that utilizes your own body weight to build strength and flexibility while engaging your entire body.
Zumba Classes:

Tuesday's, 6:45 - 7:45 pm and Saturday Classes, 9:00 - 10:00 am
